Kepala is a fictional word meaning standing on opposite sides of the river. A word that I identify with as the river represents a flow of pharmaceuticals separating me from the insanity that lies within. Only temporarily does it divide me from my fate.I see it staring back from the shore waiting...patiently waiting.
